Four ways to work with us

Every client and every context is different. Engagements are therefore built with you: scope, deliverables and timeline are defined together, case by case.

01

Programme leadership and recovery

For the life of the programme

The problem

Several teams, contractors, a software vendor, a deadline that will not move. Everyone reports on their own part, nobody holds the whole, and the status stays green until the day it turns red.

What we do

  • A start focused on the real status: interviews, credible dates milestone by milestone, a decision note for the sponsor
  • A plan built backwards from the deadline, with an explicit critical path
  • Short committees that decide: every decision is written, dated and owned
  • Dependencies on contractors and vendors tracked as milestones, not as promises
  • Phased migrations, with a rollback plan

What you have in hand

  • A situation note at the start
  • A plan kept up to date
  • A risk and decision log
  • A one-page dashboard the board can read

Signs it is the right time

The status is green but the teams no longer believe the date; a steering committee has not decided anything in two months; a regulatory deadline is coming.

02

AI scoping and pilot

A few weeks, depending on the use case

The problem

There is no shortage of AI ideas. What is missing is a way to know which one is worth the investment, on your data, under your compliance constraints, before committing a production budget.

What we do

  • Use case chosen against three written criteria: expected value, feasibility on your data, risk
  • GDPR framework and data flows decided before the first test
  • Success metrics and stop threshold set in advance with the sponsor
  • Pilot on a limited scope, with human review of outputs
  • Measurement of gains, errors and the real cost per operation

What you have in hand

  • A pilot tested on your scope
  • A description of the architecture, data flows and safeguards
  • A quantified results report
  • A recommendation: continue, adjust or stop

Signs it is the right time

Several departments each push their own AI project; a prototype impresses but nobody knows what it would cost in production; compliance is blocking without knowing what to ask for.

We do not promise gains before measuring them. Stopping a pilot that misses its metrics is a result.

03

Integrations and production rollout

Scoping, then delivery leadership

The problem

A partner integration looks simple in the documentation. In production, duplicates, expiring tokens, contradictory statuses and a certification file sent back twice are what cost months.

What we do

  • Integration scoping: APIs, OAuth authentication, synchronisation, error cases
  • Certification and verification files: marketplaces, Google, Microsoft
  • Taking an AI pilot into production: safeguards, monitoring, costs, quotas
  • Reliability: error recovery, idempotency, usable logging
  • Data protection by design

What you have in hand

  • A documented integration architecture
  • A complete certification file
  • A production rollout and monitoring plan
  • An operations guide for your teams

Signs it is the right time

A partner asks you to be listed on its marketplace; a successful AI pilot has been waiting for months; the same integration errors come back every month.

We have done it for our own product: connector certified by Pennylane, app verified by Google and Microsoft.

04

Senior reinforcement

As long as you need

The problem

The team is in place but a senior profile is missing, now: a departure on a running programme, a peak in workload, a rare skill. Hiring would take six months.

What we do

  • A profile from our team, or an independent consultant from our network for whom we remain responsible
  • Introduced before the start, with their background
  • Embedded in your governance, your committees and your tools
  • Programme direction, product management or partner integrations

What you have in hand

  • An onboarding organised with the team in place
  • Reporting at the pace that suits you
  • A handover at the end of the engagement

Signs it is the right time

Your programme director leaves in a month; a critical programme rests on one person; you lack a skill for three to twelve months.

A team put together for each engagement

Coperis Partners is a lean firm. Depending on the engagement, we bring in senior independent consultants chosen for their experience of the subject.

  • One counterpartHowever many people are involved, Coperis remains your counterpart and coordinates the whole.
  • People chosen for the subjectProgramme, architecture, data, product: we bring the skills your subject needs, not the ones we would have to place.
  • Senior profilesA firm without a pyramid: engagements are entrusted to experienced consultants.
  • A team that adjustsTeam size follows the progress of the engagement, with no commitment beyond what the programme requires.

AI use cases that lend themselves to a pilot

Uses where gains can be measured within weeks and where errors can still be caught by a person.

  • Collections and remindersDrafting and tracking reminders, prioritising cases, reading replies. This is what our own product does.
  • Document processingExtracting data from invoices, contracts or supporting documents, with human review of doubtful cases.
  • Inbound requestsTriage, qualification and draft replies for teams that receive a high volume of requests.
  • Incident and compliance follow-upSummaries, reconciliations and alerts to validate, freeing up analysis time.

How an engagement starts

  1. A first conversationTo understand the context, the deadline and what is blocking. If we are not the right people, we tell you.
  2. A tailored proposalScope, deliverables, timeline and team, built with you around your context.
  3. The startFor programme leadership and recovery: a review of where the programme stands. For AI: choosing the use case and the metrics.
